What is Dental Monitoring?
Dental Monitoring is a smartphone app that allows our team to monitor your aligner treatment progress remotely. All you have to do is take weekly photos of your teeth and send them to us via the app.
Our team will review your photos to make sure your teeth are moving according to your treatment plan. As long as things look good, we won’t need to see you at our practice and you can carry on with your day!
How does Dental Monitoring work?
Dental Monitoring works hand-in-hand with the digital tech we use at Sussex Orthodontics. At the start of your aligner journey, we’ll create a precise 3D scan of your smile to map out your treatment plan.
As your treatment progresses, you’ll send us regular photos through the app - and we’ll compare them to your digital model to make sure everything’s on track. If your teeth are moving quickly, we might even fast-forward your aligner schedule!
